Join us for this unique 2-day workshop for women professionals held at the Saint John Leadership Institute. Using the “Vocation of the Business Leader” a Vatican document, as our guide, Father Nathan will lead you to an understanding of how we can recognize and implement the link between leadership’s influence and the advancement of those we lead.
There are two foundational truths that guide us as a Christian leader. The first is that every individual person has been endowed by God with an inalienable dignity that does not depend on economic or material success. The second is that every person has a right to share in the benefits of the world to some degree, and therefore, leaders are bound to serve the common good.
